About
Small shop. Real software.
3J Systems is a software and web company based in Turner County, Georgia, near Ashburn. It's run by Rick Harrelson.
We build the software we wish existed for the people around us: tools for fire departments and dispatchers, and for people who want their valuables on record. Alongside our own products, we design, build and host websites for small businesses and public agencies.
You work directly with the person building your project. We keep things plain-spoken: clear quotes, mockups before code, and a site you can actually update.
What we care about
- Sites that are easy to use on a phone
- Security basics done right, like HTTPS, two-factor sign-in and backups
- Fast pages and accessible design
- Honest pricing, quoted up front
