This policy explains what 3J Systems ("we") collects through 3j-systems.com and how we use it. Our separate products (such as Responder Atlas and Orabella's Closet) have their own policies on their own sites.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we collect the details you type in: your name, email, optional phone and organization, the service you picked, and your message. We also record your IP address and the time you sent it, to prevent spam and abuse. Our servers keep standard technical logs.
How we use it
We use your message only to reply to you, prepare a quote, and keep a record of our conversation. We do not sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as a security token for forms. Your light or dark mode choice is stored in your own browser.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our hosting and email providers, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages as long as we need them for the conversation and our business records, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing rick@3j-systems.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
